We offer a huge range of group fitness classes to suit all abilities and fitness levels.We have a great range of equipment including pin weighted machines, free weights and cardio equipment for your use.
Members also have access to child minding, boxing equipment and a cardio training room. If you need some motivation we have three fantastic personal trainers available just for you!
As a member we offer you indivualised programs and consultations to review these regularly.
Our fitness centre also has the YHFC Running Club on Monday night's.....come in a see our friendly staff to get a tour and members info pack!
